As a Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain modern cloud platforms for our customers and partners. Your focus is on creating secure, standardized, and highly automated environments that enable development teams to deliver applications efficiently and reliably.
Depending on the engagement, projects are delivered under either an effort-based or outcome-based model. You apply your expertise to help customers achieve their objectives while taking ownership of quality, progress, and, where applicable, the successful delivery of agreed results.
You'll work closely with Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Security Specialists, and Development Teams to build platforms that meet high standards for availability, security, performance, and compliance.

Competitive salary between €4,500 and €7,200 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience; (based on a 40-hour work week);

Key Responsibilities

Designing, building, and managing modern Azure-based platforms;
-
Developing and maintaining Kubernetes and containerized environments;

Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates;

Building and optimizing CI/CD platforms and DevOps workflows;
-
Automating platform management and deployment processes;
-
Implementing monitoring, observability, and logging solutions to ensure platform reliability and performance;

Integrating security controls, governance, and compliance into platform architectures;

Supporting development teams with self-service platform capabilities and engineering best practices;
-
Advising on cloud architecture, scalability, reliability, and platform standards;

Contributing to innovation initiatives, technical standards, and platform roadmap development.
Your Strengths
(required/Preferred)

Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native platforms;

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container technologies;

Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates;

Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar CI/CD platforms;

Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python;

Experience with monitoring and observability tools;

Understanding of platform automation, cloud governance, and security best practices;

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments;

Professional proficiency in the Dutch language.
